Commercial roofs are mostly flat or low-slope, which makes them unforgiving: water does not run off a mistake, it sits on it. Our roofers are trained in the installation and repair of flat, shingle and metal roofing, and we enjoy the challenges that come with different roofing and waterproofing systems.
Work is completed to RCABC standards. Leading Edge Roofing maintains active commercial general liability insurance and good standing with WorkSafe BC — the paperwork a property manager needs before anyone sets foot on the building.
